Beautiful Wholeness TEENS Program

Beautiful Wholeness Teens

Equipping Today’s Teen Girls with Skills for Tomorrow!

The goal of this program is to help encourage girls in the areas of confidence, self-worth, leadership, healthy relationships, and conflict resolution. Each session is specifically designed to equip girls with the skills to succeed individually and in a team atmosphere. We believe that when teens learn these skills at an early age, they will carry them into adulthood, thus setting themselves up for living vibrant lives.

This program is designed to be done in either a mini-program of 3 Sessions or a full program of 7 Sessions. Sessions can be done over a set of weekly 1-hour meetings, or as entire day retreats.

BW TEENS MINI PROGRAM DETAILS

Session 1: Lies & Labels

Time: 50 minutes

This coaching track teaches students how to identify the negative labels that have led to low self-esteem and negative thinking. Through an interactive process we learn how to let them go and focus on the truth so we can overcome them and live with courage.

This session creates an atmosphere of vulnerability and opens the door to common ground between all participants. The girls will come away understanding that they are not alone in struggling with this issue. This coaching session is strategically placed at the beginning of our program so that the girls are ready and willing to learn through sessions 2 and 3 without any hindrances due to hurt feelings or guarded hearts.

Session 2: Dealing with the Jezzies and the Honor Code of Conflict Resolution

Time: 50 minutes

This coaching track teaches students about the characteristics that lead to toxic friendships. Through a fun, interactive activity, we will identify what a toxic friendship looks like and how to resolve conflict in a healthy manner so that healthy friendships can be developed.

Session 3: She Leads with Excellence – A Girls Guide to Leadership and Mentoring

Time: 50 minutes

This coaching track teaches students key leadership skills needed for today’s world. It also fosters an environment of encouragement while explaining what it means to lead while being led, as well as how to foster peer-to-peer mentorship and the benefits of such relationships.

TESTIMONIALS

“Thank you so much for spending time and working with our team this season. We have enjoyed learning more about ourselves and each other and growing as a team. We appreciate the life skills you have taught us!” ~ CHS Girls Swim Team

“This is a unique and interactive program that explains to students the power that negative self talk and negative labels have on everyday life. It explains to students the importance of finding the positive in everyday when the rest of the world tries to drag you down with negativity. Students identify well with the topic and it helps them to realize they aren’t the only individual in the world that are faced with difficult issues on a daily basis.” ~Kayla Kakela, FACS instructor

“A group of my students were able to sit in on a session led by Big Blue Couch™ Coaching at the FCCLA state conference. They heard messages that contradicted the messages that are playing in their minds to them and about them. They received tools they can use in their lives that are relative and timely for this generation. I highly recommend Big Blue Couch™ Coaching to schools.” ~Carol Braunberger, Teacher and FCCLA Advisor
